We are Europe’s first hotel with the EU seal of approval for “barrier-free”
The Hotel Lichtblick, which opened in 2012, is located in a rural area and yet only 22 km from Munich’s city center.
No matter whether you want to take a trip to the nearby Five Lakes Region or go to Munich to visit a trade fair – we have business travelers as well as holiday guests and long-term stays in the perfect place due to the convenient location.
Under family management you will find 22 stylishly furnished rooms, which should leave nothing to be desired. If you are still missing something, we are always there to meet your needs.
We offer you a full and varied breakfast buffet. We pay attention to sustainability and fair trade in our products.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you – two of our rooms are designed for this purpose. Extra charge per night €8. Guide dogs and helping dogs are free of charge.
There are sufficient underground parking spaces available for our guests. You can also charge your electric car at one of our 4 electric charging stations.

We are barrier-free. Out of conviction.
Our hotel is a completely barrier-free hotel and therefore enables people with restricted mobility to live or work comfortably and beautifully, away from home. Making everything barrier-free was the basic idea when building our hotel in Alling.
One of our rooms is also equipped with a height-adjustable slatted frame. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with the room depending on availability.
